Help with Widgetminder on Apple Watch, complications, and reminders.
How do I add my reminders to my watch face?
On Apple Watch, press and hold your current watch face, then tap Edit. Swipe until you reach the complications view, tap the rectangular complication, and scroll to Widgetminder.
Choose the Widgetminder layout you want to use. If your current watch face does not include a rectangular complication, you can use Widgetminder in the Smart Stack instead.
Why are my reminders not showing in Widgetminder?
The Today view includes overdue reminders and reminders due today. Check that each reminder has a due date and time in Apple Reminders.
If reminders appear in the Widgetminder app but not in the watch-face complication, allow a few minutes for it to refresh. watchOS controls when complications can update.
Can I use Widgetminder without a rectangular complication?
Yes. On watchOS 10 or later, you can add Widgetminder to the Smart Stack. Open the Smart Stack by swiping up from the bottom of the watch face or turning the Digital Crown upward.
Press and hold the Smart Stack, tap the plus button, select Widgetminder, and choose your preferred widget. You can also pin it near the top of the stack.
What does the “ToDos” circular complication count?
The “ToDos” circular complication counts all reminders due today, including overdue reminders. The “Overdue” complication counts only overdue reminders.
Why can’t I add, complete, modify, or delete reminders on Apple Watch?
Earlier versions of Widgetminder are read-only because of how reminder access works on Apple Watch. These actions require Widgetminder 2.0 or later on Apple Watch and the companion app on its paired iPhone.
If Widgetminder asks you to open the iPhone app, open it once and try again. This may occasionally be necessary when the companion app has not been opened recently.

What is Widgetminder’s privacy policy?
Widgetminder accesses your reminders only to display them. Reminder data stays on your device and is not transmitted by Widgetminder.
This website does not use a contact form, analytics, or tracking cookies. When you choose to email support, your message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email service. Widgetminder does not sell your data.
